3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7sx Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses, circumventing responsible gaming restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your 7sx username or password with any third party. 7sx will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 7sx support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7sx accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change from time to time at 7sx's sole discretion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7sx does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Where non-PKR payment instruments are used, conversion rates at the time of transaction will apply.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 7sx Platform is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. 7sx reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your 7sx account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. 7sx may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited and may withhold withdrawals pending such verification.
4.6 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and certain promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification procedures.
5.1 Platform Rules. 5.2 Void Bets. 7sx reserves the right to declare any bet or wager void in the event of manifest error, technical malfunction, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond 7sx's reasonable control. Where bets are voided, the relevant stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7sx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your 7sx account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
10.2 7sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming revenue, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 7sx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 7sx makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 7sx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes you have breached any of these Terms, have engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 On termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or fraud checks.
11.3 You may request account closure at any time by contacting 7sx support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
